Just play the game and adjust accordingly. Really you're spending time counting tics via an addon?

You're sure you posted in the correct thread? Nobody is talking about addons here. It's about a broken templar passive.
By design, restoration staff skills do not benefit from Focused Healing.Francescolg wrote: »Btw is Mutagen (Resto Staff) working corretly? I feel like it doesn't give the promised "full heal" to players with low HP. Am I wrong? How big is that heal usually? (I thought the amount of ticks 80*10)
good... now try it while in combat, it works for me.
@Skafsgaard Make sure to /bug this issue ingame also. I'm doing this every time they release a new patch. And as long as they don't confirm it, I'll continue doing so...
it is actually pretty useful if it increases healing for group by 30% ^^ .. also additional it removes up to 4 negativ effects from you (talons etc. good for pvp). low costs, good range..
Any skill forcing you to stand within an area is flawed imo. Sure there's uses for it, but like I said I dont need it. Better tools out there.

You trippin homie. You get 30% heal bonus to anyone insides Purifying Ritual, which has a Synergy that is a useable heal by anyone inside the LARGE radius, and its also a passive heal every 2 seconds. You can't beat that.
