Hey there, @KORJ‌. As Hodorious mentioned, we are aware that Haste is not applying the attack speed bonus to ranged weapons. Our Dev Team is working on a fix for this and several other issues now. Thanks for your patience!

Actually it doesnt do much for any melee weapons except speeding up the recovery animation which can be bypassed anyway with an ability activation.

I don't see haste on esotu at all, did they take it out or something?

It was removed with patch 1.6 and replaced with Grim Reaper. Haste was an ability that few used/trained so it got axed.
