    Still pretty hard to play solo on VR content, however it gets the job done.

    Javelin is our best friend. Screw Biting Jabs. And the Dawn Wrath line has some "new found" abilities, to bring down the sky on the enemies. Both in PVP and PVE.

    They need to balance out the other classes, but they also had to change DKs as they sort of trivialized the content to a certain degree.

    Like I said in another post, it is impossible to effectively balance the game when half of the classes are not working as intended. To think that the npcs in this game are not going to need tweaks in the near future is silly. All of the content had to be balanced so that broken classes could complete it. Nerfing classes before getting other classes working only inhibits the balancing of the game. Nerfs now just mean its going to take more patches and more time to get some semblance of balance.

    I have to say that the DK players have really been taking the recent nerfs like men; sucked it up and soldiered on - but even I have to say that it is getting too far now.

    @ZOS, if you're going to take so much away from them in several areas, give them something back in others.

    Now the DK's are only 200% more DPS than Templars, but Night Blades seem to be moving up at least.

    I have to agree with several folks in this thread... If you watched that DK Solo AA content and think a nerf wasn't inbound you need to visit a doctor very soon.

    Want something to QQ about? How about they pull all those OP DK's former emperor titles/bonus and maybe AP's for those that abused DK/Vamp as well? Now THAT would be something to QQ about and I would still sit on the sidelines and clap for the "Balancing" brought back to this game. Sorry I'm running a Templar healer and watching all these OP DK's destroying things without trying in PVP/PVE (Yes I have a DK too) and get more pissed about the lack of real in game "Balance" having impact on Emperor Titles, APs, Trials Position/Time runs, rewards, etc.

    I was amazed that PVP didn't have rollbacks or a reset of campaigns after the VAMPIRE issue surfaced. PVP stopped being fun for me as a Templar after the lack of balance was clearly not being addressed by ZOS. Have not stepped into PVP since then and I actually liked playing it in this game. Of course my ALT DK I have no issue doing PVP with him (Cause lets be honest - it's still pretty dang OP even after today).

    Bottom line: DK's had that nerf inbound and everyone knows that. Heck I think they still need another one maybe AFTER Templars/NB's get BUFFED.

    There is a still a problem with that, it takes stamina to block, dodge, sprint, break CC, etc. So unless there is an entire different resource outside of stamina to do those things then stamina based builds will always be inferior to magicka builds.

    Honestly i have no problem with A DPs nerf to the DK's. the problem is people like you have screamed for nerfs of every single class ability of the DK.

    Its because the God damn armor passives suck ass in medium and heavy and melee abilites are coompletelty underpowered compared to magica, the pve mechanics severly punish melee. you will always be gimped until these issues are addressed Vic. Sadly im pretty sure you dont even play end game PVE and i suspect your major *** is how OP Dk's were in PVP.
    Talons is now a uselss pile of grabage in PVE, Inhale was always a crap ability aside from using it as a ulti builder in that silly as DK light armor build. The abondon ship has now begun many of our guild has rolled out of night blade and templar to sorc actually due to how friggin easy it is to lvl them. and how damn easy it is to regain resources while DPsing. the abondon ship process has begun and why? becuase they chose to nerf classes instead of fix the broken ones. ESO is gonna get rather thin next month have fun on your night blade ganking an empty Cyrodil Vic.

    NBs and Templars have been broken since Beta, where was your sympathy or solidarity?

    We have been kicking rocks on the edges of the ESO sandbox waiting patiently for class balance while Sorcs and DKs have been the OP FOTM for three months!

    Rancid OP Sorc and DK L2P commentary certainly didn't help NB and Templar morale.

    I wish Zenimax had been pro-active in resolving class balance. Unfortunately it appears class balance will occur in the negative by nerfing.

    Hopefully we will all soon have a level playing field.

    Yes, that's my answer.

    Obviously you're a DK and when your class gets balanced, sure it hurts. I would've rather the two weaker classes get buffed, but this is Zeni, you have to take what you can get. The game was suffering in it's current state, if you don't see how this change benefits the whole game, then I'm just going to be wasting my time posting any further here.

    Bah. Another MMO succumbing to the nerf whiners. You can rest assured these bloody incompetents will ruin every game, if they manage to get some attention. Last patch I said that I hoped ZOS wouldn't persevere on the cheap nerfs path. It's clear now that it's what they have chosen to do, and I am jumping from this ship before it sinks completely. Let's hope the folks behind Camelot Unchained won't fall for these amateur mistakes.

    No attacks against the OP, but I haven't seen any hard evidence that "30%" is remotely accurate. Because crit was dropped from 3 to 1? Does that affect JUST DKs? Or everyone?

    Is their DPS output about the same as sorcs/temps/NBs now? Or less?

    Hard numbers before reaching for the pitchforks, please.

    Good start to bringing classes in line. Adjusting powers a few a time is smarter than overarching changes. The powers which actually require buffs will likely be easier to identify. There are far too many examples in all classes where players are using incredibly powerful powers to offset the inherent weakness of other abilities. This does not solve the underlying issues.
