How long will you subscirbe?

This game is beautiful as a single player experience, but an embarrassment as a multiplayer experience.

why would I stay subbed to a game that was obviously and originally a single player game, turned into an mmo for the sole purpose of making more money through subscriptions, while avoiding the need to improve graphics. I bought the Imperial edition of the game and even re-subbed, believing that Bethesda's holding corp-turned online publisher would keep the same standards of quality for the franchise... Now I feel like the idiot, and people that are still new to the game probably read this thinking I'm just a spoiled content locust, but do yourself a favour, and move on before you find out why this game should have been released in 2015.

I plan on letting my subscription lapse for a few months for WoW's pre-expac event and their new expansion to try out the changes they did. Then depending on how they did with the changes, I may just hop back and forth between the two so at least when one hits a lull spot I can hop onto the other. I at least have my finances planned out that way since the store near me sells both ESO and WoW 2 month time cards but if WoW hits a dud with this expac, it'll get stuck on the back burner for a while until I hit a boredom spell with ESO.

My answer is, "for as long as I am enjoying the game".

You missed us by about 45min.Last straw for us( my wife also played) was getting our multiple customer service tickets ignored on the invisible npc's/ghosts issue that came out of last patch. We closed both accounts. so count us a double. F.O. to ZOS

At first I was to the end. Now I am not sure. With how difficult vet content is, i am being pushed away. if vet trash mobs stay as is, I will probably not renew my sub after its up.

Sorry I'm not a hardcore gamer like everyone else.

Cancelled sub because of lack of options for character progression. I don't play MMOs to solo quest 95% of the time.

Started third faction zone. I will stay to enjoy quest stories then most likely leave. I enjoy ffxi more. Charater growth, friends, economy, few bots.

I admit some cool stories here. Eating a girl taken to dungeon, bury a family. The body shifter. A few seizing city quest and my fav was hollow city. I want to be the king of that city. Loved that story so much as a v5 I use his sword as legandary.

Wish I had a house to display all the kings weapons I collected. After story finished I am gone.

I've been forced to cancel my sub today.

It's not because of anything to do with ESO. I'd love to stay subbed for much longer. The game is great IMO and I can see it becoming a great success if ZOS can polish it up a bit more.

It's my ISP that's *** me over in this case. I've been in a battle with them for months now, and the service has just gotten progressively worse over time. It's already interfered with my game time quite a bit, but now it's come to a point where the internet is virtually unusable except for brief periods in the evening and early morning. So now I'm stuck until a new ISP moves into the area or I can land a new job so I can afford to move.

I am still not convinced that this game deserves the sub price. Will stay subbed i think,Well,Will unsub if i get bored about a month, then the month after sub again etc.

I hope ZoS will be able to convince me that the game deserves its sub in the coming months.

I hoped I would be playing this game for as long as I played DAOC....12 years. I just unsubscribed to ESO . I have lost confidence in ESOs management and devs interest or ability to produce a stable game.I'm not talking about new features . I do not have the confidence I can go into Cyrodiil and actually see a keep that is completely visible and without a lag that has had me try to pass through a gate 5-6 times and actually pass through it.
I just don't see/feel the fire /passion/sense of urgency to deliver a playable product .
There is no other mmog I want to play. So getting things done in the real world will be my focus.

Not gonna vote because you can't really put a time frame on when your enjoyment of something is going to end.

With that said, I'll unsub when I'm no longer having fun with the game.

Was going to be subbed to ESO indefinitely but just picked up Wildstar and will keep a sub to both for 1-2 months to both and pick one over the other.
So far it isn't looking good for ESO, it's not that i don't like the game but currently it's just so broken all over the place that it really is killing my my motivation to play.

This is defently my MMO time for a long time.

It keeps getting better and better. And with all confirmed future plans already in motion......this is awesome.

Spent the night doing quests for once. Usally I just roam around and explore.
There are some pretty nifty quests!!! Crazy but good minds must work at Zenimax!

All the future plans sound great i agree but you shouldn't bank on them too much. Until the stuff i released they are just that, plans that may or may not be released.
Or maybe i have gotten burned too many times with the 'future awesome plans' with soon™ that never materialized

    I have decided to subsribe.

I wrote some pretty harsh things earlier and I apologize for that.

I do feel the pre-order folks deserve a refund or some other monetary value equating to the monies spent for another race.

I did notice a drop in bots as of recently, and I am happy to eat my words.

Just keep up the good work and go in a positive direction and I will stay with this game.

Ive got about another 45 minutes for something incredible to happen with ESO.

Or maybe a little longer. Looks like Wildstar headstart is going to be nuts. So many people on the forums they are exploding so I assume the game will do the same.

I suppose for me it will depend on if they decide to make the entire content of the game able to be mutliplayer or not. I may be here another 60 days, or I could be here til the end. It is 100% up to the Developers. I came to ESO to enjoy TES with friends, but getting separated at times by FORCED solo content is getting really old. So my official answer is 60 days to Infinate

Right now I'm only logging on to do research and feed my horse. That's because I don't want to play now, but I see potential in the game and feel that I may very well come back. I'm not leaving forever, but I just don't feel like the game is any fun past level 50. It's not too hard, and it doesn't take too long. It's just not fun. But the level 1-50 experience was amazing and pvp can be great fun, so I know ZOS can make a great game, they just need to apply themselves to making actual VR content instead of recycling content designed for 100 levels (50 for each faction) and stretching it out over 10, which is really the root of all the problems with VR. It wasn't made for VR, and it doesn't work for VR. Look forward to seeing more, but in the meantime I'll find another form of entertainment.

After the biting jabs nerf fiasco, it seems really dangerous to continue playing a game that is so grossly mis-managed. Zen has proven that they are incapable of running a game like ESO.

Dunno, can't say... as long as I'm playing with my husband and having fun doing so, I guess. Could be half a year, a year, who knows.
As long as there's enough content to do and we have fun in PVP...

If our "home MMO" gives us more content and more to do, we may take a break from ESO, but should be back someday.

Level progression in Veteran area is too slow.

Reward XP is too small or too hard difficulty.
I need more cusual level quest for earning XP.
I'm not cusual gamer, but don't have much time for free .

These type of game doesn't fit for busy worker.
It is difficult to make time for playing such a slow pace game.

There is another problem in there.
Player population in Vet area getting smaller.
Therefor,I can't find cooprater for dangerous mission or world boss.
