Crit rate drop

I've noticed from time to time my crit rate will randomly drop. Before anyone asks, I have not changed my spells, weapon, gear or any other bonuses (not even pvp). I've noticed a drop in crit rate ranging from 4%-10%. Anyone else have this problem or know the reason?

    Some 'passives' are still broken and are not reapplied after zoning/death

    I hope that's it cause im down to 22% from 40%

    Nah its PvP campaign buffs going missing. All I have is Emperor, even though I should have:

    1. Offense II
    2. Defense II
    3. 9 Keep + Home keep bonus

    I have all my pvp buffs though
