The "proof" of Nellor's involvement is appearing under the crate lid and is inaccessible for interaction. I first tried /reloadui then logged out and back in - neither worked. I took a screen shot:

Same Problem here, i'm here with a large number of players that have same prob. Relog don't work, please fix it ... those are bugs of the 1st month of an MMO. Plz be fast.

Same problem here. I logged out and back in, closed the game entirely and restarted, tried reloadui. One time the crate was closed again but clicking E only opened the lid. <sigh>

Funny thing - one player stood on the crate while the lid was open and her feet fell through to about where the parchment was.

"It's a known issue and being looked at," was basically the response when I reported it... all I want is the silly note, so I can go hold it over the innkeeper's head and force him to give me my reward!

It's more likely I'll be too high leveled for it by the time it gets fixed.

I tried doing the quest and could not pick up the note either, so just didn't bother with it anymore. It's the only quest I haven't completed in the zone.

I logged back in today after hearing from customer support... I abandoned the quest and restarted it after attempting to complete again after being logged out for approx 24hrs. Still doesn't work. Reloadui, changing character position, jumping on box repeatedly (As customer support suggested, LOL), logging out, exiting game completely, abandoning/restarting quest... None of this worked.

If they gave us the letter to allow us to complete the quest that would be grand. They also need to move it from the crate you can open to a crate you can't.

Had this issue at lv22, I'm lv30 now and 6 days passed it's still not fixed...

Really disappointed, this and other little things shows how dedicated the devs are at bringing the greatest experience to their subscribers. A simple issue like this got dragged on and left unanswered for a week.

My sub expires on June 7th, I won't be renewing. Good luck my fellow vestiges.
