Cannot log into DC V4 Malabar Tor - Unknown error

This problem started last night with the error appearing when entering or exiting dungeons in the DC V4 zone Malabar Tor. Now when I log into the game I get an unknown error if I try to enter the zone, this time on EVERY try.
Looks like the server who handle that part of the game has broken down.
After the last try I get a game UI error window and the game locks up.
