Cannot log into DC V4 Malabar Tor - Unknown error

This problem started last night with the error appearing when entering or exiting dungeons in the DC V4 zone Malabar Tor. Now when I log into the game I get an unknown error if I try to enter the zone, this time on EVERY try.

Looks like the server who handle that part of the game has broken down.

After the last try I get a game UI error window and the game locks up.

I have the same issue no matter if I try to go from a wayshrine of the simply pick a spot buy paying to port. I am very annoyed and would love to hear from a GM or GD on this matter and how long before it is fixed.

They already said they are looking into Malabar Tor in another thread.

Submit a ticket from an alt, and they unstuck you.

I've sent a ticket from my alt, crossing my fingers now. How long does it take for them to reply anyway know? I'm also stuck in Malabar Tor
