I've been locked out for 4+ hours, but even if I could log in, my character was nerfed into the ground anyway. Picked the wrong time to log into Cyrodil.

And, sorry to interrupt the Dev thrashing going on here and all, but 1 off topic question - would you mind clarifying why Biting Jabs now has a 1.2 second Global cooldown when you said it was supposed to be an ICD? Do you just not know the difference between the two terms, or did Zenimax make a mistake?

Also, would be great if you could tell us what patch you plan to finally fix it in, since 2 patches have already been pushed and you did say it would be in the next patch.

@mortosk As far as the Biting jabs fix probably the same time they fix NB::::

Next Content patch 4-6 weeks from now.

Hey did they get that patch out that has the clatrap fix in it yet?
Or the one that has the burning oil fix they say they have, that prevents the oil from traversing up the wall?

Im looking forward to the defenders of ESO to located this thread and await with baited breath their explanation of the problem

Hope that's not true, cause there won't be any DPS Templar subscribers left.

Perhaps this was the plan all along to force us to become healers and fix the healer shortage. If so, Zenimax is a diabolical genius.

No they didn't fix those. They also didn't fix the summon-mercs-in-combat-and-gain-invulnerable-mercs bug, nor did they fix the "constantly in combat as a healer" bug, where you can't mount for 5 minutes. NOR did they fix the bugged Forward Camps. Bla...

This game had excellent potential. HAD.

is very sad that its true that people spam cheated to vet 12 and kinda ruined game for others. if i race to them and meet them at thier level then as soon as there is a new patch with content intended for fun they will again spam thru it and rule in pvp cause they will be vet 15 and many of us still stuck lower level then they because we actually played the game as was intended. while they cheated and got thier level from exploits. i dont see a way out of allways being behind unless we join them in thier spaming content just to be higher level.

I totally understand issues at launch, but the reality is that it's over a month down the line and problems are actually worse now than they were originally.

I'm v12 and didn't cheat/exploit. Its actually not very long at all to get there. But to call everyone a cheater because they have more free time is a bit silly.

ALRIGHT. So It took my far too long think of it, but I logged into another character. Send in a Ticket to support about my problem. Got an Email from support within 10 minutes, and the tech agent was able to move my character to a new zone so I could log in, no AP point rollbacks, everything looks to be in order.

I did send the agent I spoke to the list of the people I was in party with, so hopefully they'll be able to help them out too.

The reply was not in game, it went to my account-linked email where I was able to reply to the agent I was working with.

When you create a ticket, it tells you ingame that a ticket was created, if you close that window the ticket is still created, but you cant check on it, just wait patiently. You are either responded to via email, or through an ingame GM initiated chat when they get to your ticket. It's not an immediate response.
