Game not working on purchase. Ran fine during the beta now not working...

I just bought ESO and it's not working. After clicking play I get a black screen which I have to control alt delete out of. I've gone through alot of the forums and help sections and tried the suggestions to fix it. I will add my dxdiag for reference and a copy of my usersettings.txt. Thank you in advance for any help anyone could provide.

dekameo✭I just got an email with the same instructions I got in an earlier email to change a line in my usersettings.txt that I've already changed after I replied to the first saying I'd already done this. DELETE THE FOLLOWING LINE:
SET RequestedNumThreads "0"
ADD THE FOLLOWING LINES:
SET MULTI_GPU_CHECK "1"
SET DisableFXPrecaching "1"
SET PreferExclusiveFullscreen "0"
SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"
