Game not working on purchase. Ran fine during the beta now not working...

I just bought ESO and it's not working. After clicking play I get a black screen which I have to control alt delete out of. I've gone through alot of the forums and help sections and tried the suggestions to fix it. I will add my dxdiag for reference and a copy of my usersettings.txt. Thank you in advance for any help anyone could provide.

did you open a customer service ticket? If so I'd suggest posting on this post as well. If not I'd suggest making one

I would if I could use my actual account to log into the forums not my old beta account, unless there is another way to do so. Incident: 140524-028144 this the incident number with the email.

I just got an email with the same instructions I got in an earlier email to change a line in my usersettings.txt that I've already changed after I replied to the first saying I'd already done this. Is this the kind of customer service I can expect from this company?

You are missing several needed lines yet and need to remove one line from your UserSettings.txt file.

DELETE THE FOLLOWING LINE:
SET RequestedNumThreads "0"


ADD THE FOLLOWING LINES:
SET MULTI_GPU_CHECK "1"
SET DisableFXPrecaching "1"
SET PreferExclusiveFullscreen "0"
SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"
SET MonsterTellsEnabled "1"

Thank you for your help CKinCo but still no dice on my end, still won't load the game in at all. Just that lovely black screen with the loading mouse courser.
