Bolt Escape broken

Since the latest patch, I have been having problems with Bolt Escape.
In the last session in Cyrodiil this evening I can say it definitely malfunctions.
The animation runs and magicka is depleted as normal but the actual TP doesn't happen.
After a couple of intermittent failures, I found that it had completely locked up and was not working at all. When I wayshrined out of Cyrodiil, it started working normally again.

✭✭✭✭✭I thought this might just be a problem people were having in heavy PVP sessions getting stuck on things but this just happened to me.
I was just wandering around a zone harvesting using bolt escape occasionally to close gaps, when it just stopped working. Same as OP, the sound and animations play, and you lose magic, but you don't move forward at all.
Tried facing downhill just to be sure. Only fix was to re-log.0 -

rfpalmerb16_ESO✭✭✭Ive had the same thing happen a couple of times with Surprise Attack IV on my NS. Spell/attack fires (i.e. animation triggers) but mob takes no damage mana is depleted.Round peg? Square hole? Not a problem with a big enough hammer.0

Terminus✭✭✭✭✭Although I've had this occur on 1 or 2 occasions in PvP, I've always had it fix after a few tries.
Sometimes I also get this problem on Shattering Prison (snares with purple spikes coming out of the feet), which fails to land on NPCs that were in the AOE.0 -

Strontium✭✭✭Had this happen in a couple of delves in Stonefalls. Seemed specific to the delves. As soon as I zoned out of them, it worked fine.
Also had some weirdness in another delve called Fort Greenwall. Didn't mess up that skill but I was teleported for some reason just for checking inventory and my pets kept spawning inside a wall next to the boss of that delve.
Seems like some sort of terrain issue.0 -
