can't login to the game and no answer from customer support!!!!

    That's how I knew I was screwed, my original ticket was escalated immediately without me having to answer with 'none of this works' first.

    Wow. At least you got upgraded that much quicker :D

    That's probably true, but after a point you would think that they'd want to inform people that this is a known issue so that they don't have a endless pile of duplicate tickets. It took me 12 hours to get a response, and I haven't heard anything back for at least 20 hours since my response yesterday.

    It's inefficient to address this problem one ticket at a time.

    No, I will not. I want real answers and to be able to play this. Being in the dark from 5-22 does not make me want to go play another MMO. If I were to play another mmo I would be just giving up, and I'm not a quiter.

    More picturesque version of their reply(just so ppl can understand how stupid this answer is):
    Airplane from "x airlines" is crashing, there is a plane enginier who can fix it but he works for "y airlines"...soooo "x airlines" would rather let their plane crash, then let the "y guy" fix it??? this was just more picturesque vision of the previous post, but u get my point...

    looks like it was finally acknowledged as a problem and at the top of there list at least, i haven't been able to play since thursday night=/

    Wondering the same question. Definitely seems copy-and-paste to me. Both my ticket responses have been very general "do these 100 things" instructions.

    Add me to the list of people with the same copy and paste response. I just can not believe how inept these people are. We pay for this game and they sit on their ass putting in the same response every time, its rather insulting to be honest. Meanwhile I see them closing threads left and right but they refuse to answer their customers questions personally. I love elder scrolls but I really don't care that you won't give my info to a dwemer automaton. What I do care about is that I can't play your broken game and you don't even bother saying when a fix will be released.

    Ok guys, come on... I've been unable to play for about 46 hours now, and would really like to feed my horse, but let's not get personal with the insults... The devs are people too, and don't want this to be happening. It is frustrating, and players always have the right to quit or request free time (be it granted or not), but let's keep it civil.

    Edit: Has anyone tried the black sacrament and requested the bug to be assassinated?

    i had just suggested they tried that 5 minutes ago as the problem is obviously server side and not on our end..hope it works made vet rank 1 Thursday night haven't gotten to play since and busted butt most the week to get to vet to try the new content when it came out lol.

    It's a server issue. You need to at least offer your soul to a daedric prince in exchange for a server reboot to get back into the game. It's common knowledge.

    I got a reply asking for my ISP, at least I got a reply, I just don't think that's the issue.
    There is a note saying server reboot tomorrow oh man I hope it works.

    And I really want to check if I can login but I'm downloading on the EU server to see if it'll help. Ack!

    OK tried a different browser where I'm not logged in to the forums and can see it now
    We'll be performing a server reboot maintenance the morning of 5/26. Maintenance duration ETA is one hour. The European maintenance will be at 8AM CEST. The North American maintenance will be at 3AM EDT.

    Monday morning huh? Why not now? So basically another day offline just to see if it will work? Bah.....
    it's a start i guess.....
