@Zenimax
Could I get a verification as to whether an email I received is authentic? Got this regarding a ticket I sent, but just seems like they are asking unusual questions.
(the grammar and spelling mistakes don't help much either)
The is a small work around I would like to try with your character.
We will need to authenticate your ownership of your account prior to proceeding. Please send us the answer to your security question together with one of the following:
•Last 4 digits of the credit card number used for a purchase
•Paypal transaction ID used for a purchase
•A Complete Game Time code
It would also be helpful if you could provide us with either the UserID or email address tied to the account.
Once we have these pieces of information, we will be in a position to help you with your issue.
Thanks

That is all information ZOS has access to. There is no need for them to authenticate it based on an in-game Customer Support Ticket. The absence of a Ticket Number is also fishy.

Thanks Tristan.
You may want to give them a dictionary though, the spelling and grammar does nothing for their professionalism....lol
(now all I have to do is remember my security question...hmm)
All that seems a bit ridiculous to verify an account. I've never had to give that much info before. What's the point of having security questions if you're just going to ask for all of that?
