Stucked in house in Cyrodiil - infinite flashing loading screen

Hello!
My character named Kraen Shan is stucked in Cyrodiil. I tried to enter the armory house in western Aldmeri Dominion Base, and now I am stucked in many loading screens. Screen flashes from one loading to another in incredible speed and my character just wont load.
Please, help me, for I am not the only one having this issue. The house interior is clearly bugged.
