I see him mentioning balance changes, i dont see him mentioning the hp/damage issues with veteran mobs. There were class balance changes incase you didnt notice. The issue of veteran mobs was brought up in the original post, you even quoted it yourself.
Potions drop from mobs, can be bought at npcs and crafted, so im not sure what makes you think it isnt intended to use them, specially since veteran mob pulls are often 3 mobs.If you feel that potions should be necessary for standard fights that's your prerogative, but it's not intended. My potions are usually saved for veteran dungeons, in which entire stockpiles are used liberally.

I completely understand and agree with what you said, except, I don't expect that ZOS will ever "win the war", I just want to know that they are waging it and hopefully making some progress. Prior to the upgrade there was no real evidence other than "we are working on it" that anything was being done. Now, we can see that they are at least engaged.
Yup... it's going in the right direction... The only "war" neither Zeni, nor any other gaming company for that matter, can ever win is the one against whinners...
I'm not saying some people don't have legit concerns or problems, but you can never satisfy everyone... so there will "always" be people whinning about somethings... The last game that satisfied everyone was "Pong," and even then I'm sure some people tought the brick ball should have been round
Sad but true

Don't downplay someone's problem because it does not effect you. Also, what is a "whinners," is it the combination of a winner that whines?

They have just short of 3,900 HP each. These are VR 3 mobs fighting fully passive decked, heavy armor, overcharged sword and board DK.
Sure, potions could be used, or single mobs fought until ultimate came up. But I hardly think that is the point.
Agreed, memory leak, VET area issues, and the the dreaded fatal error 11.coryevans_3b14_ESO wrote: »You may want to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix everything they broke with the patch.
It's funny. I read all these words like train wreck, disaster, unplayable yet I get into game and it's great. Sure there are some bugs but disaster? Opinions differ I guess
The graphics were turned far down, so the particle effects were not showing - but I used all of my abilities. I flame whipped multiple times to exploit the heal and the disorientation on power bash. It was a very short fight. This video was only intended to show the brutality of mobs, not how I can overcome them.
I can beat the same group using a switch on dragon blood/talons and come out of it with almost all of my hp/stam/magicka exhausted. But what bearing does that have? It's ridiculous that people are still trying to burn this observation in spite of the official remark.
I'm not going to debate the point anymore because the official statement indicates that the mobs were unintentionally buffed. I don't need to a validate it beyond that.

The update did in fact stop the bots - at least temporarily, if only for a few hours while their hacks were updated. That is real world evidence that ZOS is in fact working on it. I do not expect them to resolve the bot problem in one update, in fact I don't expect them to ever completely eliminate bots. What I want to know is that they are working on it, it would be nice to get reports occasionally on how successful they are being - ie, how many accounts banned, or whatever - some metric.
great, considering i never said i was debating the merits of the known issue, I'm pointing out the merits of your honesty or lack thereof and that you blatantly failed in the video just to support what you were saying, then blamed the lack of using abilities to a lowered graphics setting.Like I said, I'm not going to continue debating the merits of this known issue. Find another hobby.
