Hireling Exploitable Issue

i was rolled back in stonefalls 3 times and each time a hireling sent me items i found it an exploitable issue. i have 1 skill point in provisioning.

That was his point. He was saying that the economy shouldn't be wrecked even if everyone knew about this exploit, because there's no way to trigger the rollbacks to take advantage of this exploit.
I wouldn't even call it an exploit. It's just a bug.1
