What a singularly helpful remark. Unfortunately for the rest of us whom are not V10 and play all day long during the week as you've just admitted to, time is a concern and I do not want every single fight to be very challenging. Since you have likely completed all of the content then I would, in fact, assume that you wouldn't encounter as many bugs as the rest of us. As mature and insightful as "l2p" is, you will have to realize that you are the minority and most people are very unsatisfied with the changes.
Assuming I did more content than you, than I would have run into more bugs than you. I have run into bugs, some that aren't even fixed yet in fact (some of cadwells almanac quests don't work and cant be finished for some players, me included), but a good lot of them aren't a big deal.
It's also not insightful to suggest "remove this patch, I want the game back how it was", because that is obviously not going to happen.. for many reasons.
As for the the "l2p" issue, the most balanced games are often balanced at the maximum level. Why? Because, as a general rule of thumb, the more you play and the higher level you are, the more you know about the game. Many players complain about skills they feel are "OP" simply because they don't know how to deal with them yet. Like these mobs, maybe you just don't know how to deal with them? Have you exhausted all the options? Tried multiple skill sets? Many players have to redesign their skills when they reach VR, no reason not to do it again when they buff the content.
Now, if you don't want challenging content, well thats a whole other debate . There are tons of us on the other side who prefer challenging content which drives us nuts.

In all sincerity, I think this would be the best thing for the game and Zenimax Online Studios right now. I don't know who is particularly happy with the implemented changes, but the enormity of things broken in this patch far exceed the benefits. Many people cannot play at all (loading screen bug). Others have to wade through huge FPS drops and invisible monsters. Supposing you conquer these two issues, the mobs in veteran zones now hit so hard that every encounter deserves an orchestrated crescendo to accompany the epic struggle of fighting a single wasp or crocodile.
Let's not make an ego thing out of it, clearly you needed more time to test these changes. Everyone makes mistakes; I think that the best course of action to minimize the damage to your reputation and, indeed, your product would be to pull these changes - before customers without a serious conviction to ESO simply move on to more adequately managed waters (and likely much cheaper). I want to be clear that I've been enjoying the game up until this point, but the issues introduced with this patch have inspired me to find something more relaxing to occupy my time with.
