Armor Color Change Bug?

My level 40 armor for DK (orc) & NB (bosmer) looks exactly like Templar armor now. I'm really just looking for some clarification here as to if this was intended or a bug. It sure looks identical to the Templar gear in character creator.

My V 10 Imperial light changed color too. It is now gold and black/purplish.

Just to be clear it's not even about whether I like the look or not. It's that it looks exactly like vet Templar armor from character creator. That's what struck me as odd. Maybe its just character creator that needs to be updated though.

My VR 1 DK with heavy armor went from gun metal grey/silver to burgundy and gold. He looks like the Boston College Mascot.

I didn't realize ZoS was going to pick the colors, I thought they would at least let us choose. I really hope its a bug.

The flat color was the bug. The texture were missing specilar map.

I went to a black suit to black with green and purple ....
Robe is green and black and gloves purple and black though they are both purple crafted from Light Bosmer line same level.
Of course i am not Veteran, so ....
