Help! Can't swap weapons!

I can't swap weapons. If all i have is my Bow and Sword equiped, it works as it should, but as soon as i equip my shield, only my hotbar changes, not the weapon itself
- Started happening (I think) after I used "Teleport to player".
- Relogging or restarting the game does not help and neither does removing all of my addons.
- If i manually equip my 1h/shield, I can swap to 2h/bow, but then i'm stuck with 2h/bow again and only the hotbar changes.
- If i equip another weapon type such as a 2h or staff, i can swap just fine. Dual Wield however does not work.
- Seem to happen with all 1h/shield/dw and 2h/bow combinations
Already did a bug report but i wanted to know if i'm the only one affected.

Mortuum✭✭✭✭It happen often when you are using 2 weapons and 1 two-hand weapon. I had it with restorations staff and 1h/shield.
Unslot all weapons AND skills.
Switch weapon set 1 with weapon set2 (so in my case, rest staff where shield/sword and those two to replace staff)
Add skills.
No matter how idiotic it sound, it helped me and few people i know. Only problem is that on character selection screen my templar, no matter what, is always wielding restoration staff...Even if i take it off before relog/log off...But thats not really big issue.
Since iv done that, never had bug with weapon switch again, but if i only try to return to original setting(shield/sword as set1), bug is back...
