The two titles, "Apex Hunter" and "Lone Wolf", are earned from completing solo March of Sacrifices and solo Moon Hunter Keep with all three misfortunes, respectively.
Given the name of my character, I am for sure going to use the "Lone Wolf" title. I can't wait to get it!
