Listen Zos, based on these forums and how people react to proposed buffs to the lower classes or nerfs to the top the people only want sorcs, Sorc WW dogs and Dragonknights in this game. We are not to nerf the holy trinity OR buff up the other classes, in fact we shouldn't even call them classes because they are so inferior to the serene perfection that is Sorc, WW, and DK. ABSOLUTELY no nerfs will be tolerated unless it is to balance the holy three and ONLY as long as it keeps the rest of the filth (Templar, Arc, Necro and NB) down in the mud where they belong. And let us know should they suggest a buff to themselves here in the forums so we can zerg them down like trash they are

Edit 2: Yes, I know WW got heavily nerfed this PTS and probably won't be played live. I do think Zos should be more targeted and define what kind of role a WW fills in PvP and that the nerfs were too far in certain areas and more just general nerfs rather than targeted tweaks/reworks that would have made the class fun and usable but also not super broken like it is on live. This post was more about how people can't be pleased no matter if you nerf the top or buff the bottom

✭✭I mean, I doubt these people even know how horrible Sorc wolf is with a nerfed CoE, nerfed sustain, and no Static.
They act like it was ‘exploiting’ but Sorc wolf just went from the top pick in PvP to… I feel like I should just subclass where I can for damage and then use that extra damage to build sustain elsewhere.

Yes absolutely
The current nerfs might be too much for ww but I don't play WW and don't care to. I just know there is no real counter play unless you are a part of the holy trinity because its just that stat dense. I think they could have possibly been easier on the sustain nerf but then really went after the hp stacking while retaining both dmg and sustain. Its fine to have two, but you shouldn't have all three as easy as WW does

@Vestige can I have damage, self-healing, and sustain like everyone else? I played werewolf before the changes. Just revert all balance changes to the point before the rework and handle CoF and CoE given that 'infinite sustain' isn't supposed to be allowed- I guess (?). Clearly PvE isn't a consideration as 'they're happy' but they've moved the goalposts and continued the nerfing that affects PvE with no further comment through multiple PTS iterations at this point- no need to worry about that I guess.
Maybe keep the switch up on the pounce/leap but so I'm getting a more consistent 5th move.

Is it though? The majority of people have access to werewolf on their given class. There were outliers but instead of even attempting to address them they just nerfed sustain by 200-300% and then also handled 2 outliers separately too (Static and CoE). I get it was overtuned but there's no reason it should be teetering so close to being worse than before the rework.

It isn't my fault either that they destroyed class identity with subclassing and introduced rampant, unchecked power creep everywhere (whether or not that actually matters for PvE).
