I agree, but I don't think people should be banned for doing it
Has ZOS's official position changed on this? Historically they have not considered it actionable per se. They consider it actionable when you ignore someone's request to stop and repeat the unwanted action despite that request, the same way they consider it harassment to continue to mudball someone after you've been asked to stop.

Then got even weirder. I was in Offline Mode just not to talk with people. Then i got another warning at some point. Then they said it doesnt matter if i am in Offline Mode. It is ok if they try to whisper me and record it. Even weirder.
And the 3rd time was a 72h ban i think i forgot myself in Offline Mode.
That is why now i am checking to make sure i am in Online Mode and my Ignored List is empty before tbagging.

It's a reaction some people have to childish/toxic/senseless behavior.
I'm still curious what the need/addiction to rubbing your pixelated *** on someone stems from?

There are some players that i really would love to put on ignored list since they hate whisper me at every possibility. But i just cant ignore people for prolonged time because if i were to tbag them they just record acting like they are trying to whisper me to stop and report me. Got most of my warnings and 72h ban because i was in Offline Mode while tbagging.

What is even point of PvP ing when you are not going to tbag the hell out of your opponent's corpse after the fight ends? I would rather get a permaban than stopping tbagging forever.
Which is more childish? Tbagging or getting so triggered by receiving tbags on your screen that you take time to report other players with the hope of landing them a ban so that they wont be able to play the game again? Which one sound more immature?

As stated already, I don't. You do you, but don't complain about the consequences when you choose to be a child.
You guys are really showing up for the pvp community here. Bravo!

They might not listen, or they may Idk, I just want to stop seeing destruction of people's accounts all because childish people complained to Zos because they thought what happens in game is somehow real - when in reality they just have anger issues and can't disassociate from reality and video game and want to do real world harm to that person. Thats what i want Zos to stop enabling, the real world harm

For a moment I imagined a chess game ending and the loser jumping on the winner and shoving their crotch and/or rear into the winner's face. Sounds utterly brainless and ridiculous? It is. And in gaming it looks just as ridiculous to me, "normal" (=habitual) or not.
Just my 2 cents.
I honestly think people are just too sensitive these days. Something like crouching pixils makes people unreasonably upset IMO.
However, as someone not offended by this whatsoever given I'm used to PvP games, I did once whisper someone who T-Bagged me "Please do not T-Bag me. It's really offensive and I don't want to report you." It really set them off which I got a laugh out of.
No, I had no intentions of reporting for that but it was good for a chuckle. They were playing a DK and 2-shot me with whips so it's not like they accomplished anything to be proud of enough to T-Bag me so I don't feel bad about it.

yeah, its really funny cause now its a weapon both sides wield but a weapon we shouldn't have. I have done that before with no intention of reporting just to spook them. I think its so bad though to have as a rule though.

It's just sad that people can be that fragile. Knowing a lot of older people play ESO, imaginging people i their 50's and older rushing to the report screen over things like this just makes me shake my head.
But whatever, these are the times.
It's a video game and not a real-life action.
