It's all because of the Class Masteries.
On the one hand, that's a good thing. Class Masteries are meant to bring the other Classes up to the level of the current Dragonknight, at least until every Class is reworked, and it's also meant to be a "specialization" mechanic, as only 2 of 5 passives can be picked, and Class Mastery is disabled while Subclassing.
So why is it that only Sorcerer is considered imbalanced? Why aren't the other Class Masteries doing their job?

It's because besides warden, the rest of the classes needlessly have battle spirit restrictions on top of already strict activation requirements.
Like, lets compare Eye for Exploitation with Font of Power. I've never played sorc so feel free to correct me, but I've always seen sorcs run with high resource pools around 26k. It could be much higher if they go max mag. Font of Power gives a base 6% weapon damage, plus 1% per 1750 mag/stam. With 26k mag/stam, that's almost 15% extra weapon damage on top of that 6%. If they have around 5500 weapon damage, that's going to give them 1100 weapon damage for 10 seconds just for casting any sorc skill with 0 cool down. In other words, it's always active. Eye for Exploitation grants weapon damage on an execute scale up to 1000 weapon damage. It's unclear what the scaling is, but I will make the guess of every 10%, so you would gain the maximum bonus of 1000 weapon damage when the enemy player is under 10% HP. Anyone can already determine by these 2 examples that Eye for Exploitation is greatly inferior to Font of Power, so why does Eye for Exploitation need the battle spirit restriction?
U51 balance updates should've been solely focused on class masteries, especially given how the reworks have been pushed back that not even warden is guaranteed for 2027 with how things were worded. Instead we got subclassing balancing 2.0 where they nerf werewolf core skills instead of addressing problematic interactions with Conservation of Energy, major nerfs to stealth for "immersion" reasons, and DKs being left as is because the holy spreadsheets deem that nothing is wrong with them. I don't know what their goals are, but they're certainly not good ones. U51 is going to be hugely important for the health of the game, and everyone's general consensus so far is to find another game to play.
