Summerset Dailies: High Elf furnishing plan drop rate

Compared to some of the other drop rates for furnishing plans, I've noticed from farming every day since the update release that the drops seem very, very low.
I had around 100 coffers saved up in preparation, even farmed 50 more post update and only managed to get 4-5 plans. The past 3 days, I've gotten nothing from multiple characters worth of dailies + daily share. Any chance we could get some information on this? If this is bugged or intentional

After running through these with my guild all night, can say that nobody got a single Plan and I’m beginning to doubt they were even added into the Xbox patch.

It's the same, every single patch.
New shiny playthings, dhitty droprates.
We should be thankful that there are no treasure maps involved this time.

My own personal tally:
* 2026-06-08: 21 coffers (13 pre-saved, 8 new): 0 plans
* 2026-06-09: 12 coffers: 1 blue plan
* 2026-06-10: 8 coffers: 0 plans
* 2026-06-11: 4 coffers: 0 plans
* 2026-06-12: 16 coffers: 0 plans
* 2026-06-13: 16 coffers: 1 green plan

Yea, it's pretty bad.

120 coffers prepared and opened at day one: 7 plans with 3 purple (but all the same one purple plan)
Since then 20 more coffers: 0 plans.

Update for July 8th re: Plans in Summerset Dailies coffers:

32 on NA - no plan. ""

@ZOS_Kevin or whomever is taking care (or lack thereof) the Housing enthusiasts... Is this 'working as intended'?? If so, you are surely missing the mark on what might be desired by the one, absolutely most loyal group of players... and they are losing faith.

I intended to build a house using High Elf furniture. However, ZOS did not give me the High Elf furniture.
That is the end of the story.

the breton plans are just as bad for drops im hope the drop rates get increased because i the solstice drop rates were perfect

I was expecting the drop rate of structural furnishings to be on par with recent releases like the ones that drop from Solstice dailies.

While I haven't bothered to keep a complete tally of what I've done, I've managed 1 plan per day on two accounts, just doing the 2 dailies on each character until a plan did drop. Usually it's taken 4-8 boxes before getting a blue/purple, with some boxes yielding double drops.

The new Windows have been the most common drop for me, but easily swappable with many others that are farming in zone/guilds
