Fell through rocks in Nchuleftingth *PROBLEM RESOLVED*

I was in the public dungeon Nchuleftingth in VVardenfell and I fell through some rocks trying to reach the skyshard. I couldn't find my way out and landed on a flat area that was black all around. I went around to see if there was a way up and fell over the edge. My character is now falling in a completely black screen. I tried using I am stuck but it didn't unstick me. It just keeps disconnecting me.
I tried to travel to a player, reloaded ui, and some other suggestions friends gave me but nothing helped. I did put in a ticket but don't want to wait for days because this is my newest character that I have been working hard on.
Is there any way to escalate getting my character back?

Also sometimes if you leave it a while, when you next log in on that character the game will move you to somewhere it recognises.

I tried that and it said it was entering me then just disconnected me and I am still in the public dungeon falling. I tried Vengeance because there was no queue and Imperial City, too. Once it says I am entering it just disconnects me.Edited by SilverBride on June 23, 2026 10:24PMPCNA0 -

Yes I tried that too. I have other characters I can play in the meantime but really wanted to work on him today.
I'll stop logging him in then and wait.
