Goad Box Wipes Sticker Book? What's Really Going On?

So, I logged in for the day and saw I had an unopened mail. It was Glittering Goad box from completing Night Market! Treats! I opened the box and then went to examine the rewards when I noticed that all of the gear in my inventory showed that it was unknown and could be learned for my sticker book. This included all the bound, reconstructed, and crafted set pieces. Most golded out and well worn - even the pieces I was wearing! I then navigated to the sticker book, and it showed that I only knew the Glittering Goad pieces? Everything is greyed out. I knew 4/10,693 pieces. To test things further (I also disabled all addons) I went to a transmute station. The only things I could reconstruct was the known Goad pieces.
I'm curious - this happen to anyone else?
20/20 max level characters, cash in the bank and mounds of crafting mats, and can't reconstruct even a single piece of overland gear. Feels bad, man. Feels bad.

I've seen this sort of thing before, where when you log in, for some reason it failed to retrieve item set collection data from the server, and logging off and back on again fixed it.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU
