I had an issue with duplicate charges on my statement, and had my card company dispute the duplicate charges. I got a message from my card company saying they were successfully disputed. The next day my ESO account was banned. I'm not sure what my card company did, but I wasn't trying to do anything fraudulent. I was planning on continuing my ESO subscription. I am just trying to get an update on the ticket since I can't get into my ESO account. Again, the ticket number is 260519-002865.
