"Unknown WE detected" chat error (Night Market)

This chat message pops up only in the night market zone(s). It's definitely an add-on causing it. One that uses chat, but pinpointing this specific one is hard. I've disabled any that use the chat in any way. Made sure add-ons were up to date and not missing anything. I've tried everything I can think of, but it's still happening. Anyone else having this issue? Any known fixes? Help appreciated.

1) Open folder with addons
2) Type "Unknown" (or "=-=-")
3) Search through results

It can be any addon, actually, I would say, this addon is not related to chat system, because these are system messages which widely used for debugging. So, either dev forgot to remove it, or wanted people paid attention to it and did something, or it is just AI slop addon. There appeared a lot of them recently.

You can also do a binary search:
1) Turn half of addons OFF
2) If message appears again, then this addon among active addons, do step 1 again. If not - it is among inactive addons, turn OFF currently active addons and then turn ON half of previously inactive.

This way, on every step you decrease amount of sus addons by half, total number of steps before you find the addon causing troubles - log2(total number of addon). So, if you have 100 addons, after 1 probe you will have 50 sus addons, then 25, 12, 6, 3, 2, 1 - ~6-7 steps in total
