I have unlocked all but page 10, but when you "hold" I click on something in these pages it links and I hear a sound but nothing seems to happen. Is it purchased, is it held somewhere, if held where is it? This is so confusing, why? Plus I have 16k+ points and not wanting to continue if they go nowhere. Saw the convert to gold thing, but not getting how to purchase and what is happening.
A possible solution/alternative to the current challenge reroll system is to arrange them into pools tailored to various playstyles. Something like:
1) Grouped or high-level content (Trials, Arenas, Dungeons)
2) PvP (Cyrodiil, Imperial City, Battlegrounds, Duels)
3) Overland (harvesting, kill X critters, WB, antiquities, quests)
4) Thieving /Stealth (pickpocket, treasure chests, thieves troves, sneaking, being invisible)
5) New Players (Mount training, trait research, level ups)
6) Aesthetics (Housing, outfits, emotes)
By which I mean: There should be the non-limited ability to spend excess tome points on such a conversion, if and only if you have bought everything else from the tome (including all the comparatively useless stuff like the potions and poisons, which I'm unlikely ever to use in the quantity provided, or the wayshrine maps which I don't need because I pretty much unlocked them all during natural play. Or the adventure packs containing such things as lockpicks and soul gems, both of which I already have thousands of.)
I mean, honestly, those kinds of adventure pack are Not Premium Material at the best of times, even for a newbie.
"Roll-Over Cap
As the end of a Season transitions to the start of a new one, a maximum of 2,000 Tome Points roll over to the next Tamriel Tome. These Tome Points are available immediately and provide a head start into the new Season."
I was under the impression that, unlike the event tickets that had a limit of 12 tickets, this new currency did not have a limit. But now we hear only 2000 points carry forward to the next season... that items will be auto-purchased with anything beyond that 2000 point limit, regardless if we want them or not.
Why can't I hold on to the points until I see something I want if nothing for that season fits?
Auto buying items when the season ends for time points above 2000 really really sucks!!!!!
If I wanted the items I would have purchased them!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd rather get the gold. Even though gold is not worth much now!!!
