How long is the approximate length of time that you would need to wait on an agent.
My ticket was answered and I responded back with the requested information and after my response back the ticket was then escalated and is now waiting on an agent again. I don’t want the ticket to disappear into the void. This issue is a serious issue and my guildies have said they have never heard of a house and all its contents to go missing, this happened to my just after my eso plus messed up and was then fixed.
