Reward crate no-show and Wing unlock

Got the achieve Relic Gloom Warder but did not get the furnishing container. Do have the memento though. Also clicked on the lamp from the vendor and it vanished from the offerings but I still can't unlock that wing.

As you approach the pedestal, you’ll see a ghost of the relic that you have to put there.[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Semi-retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.

✭✭Let me check my mail again, there was nothing there before. I didn't get the relic, that's the problem. Everything I found googling said I should have with that achievement but nope. I did see the relic at the vendor, clicked on it, it vanished from the vendors offering, but I got nothing. I searched my bags, did check the mail, tried to see if it was automatic at the house and nope. So I'm confused. The info I found says I have the achievement necessary.
Ok editing: I just asked guildies, they told me how it works. That is confusing as all get out.
