Why do you discriminate new players when it comes to purchasing of Jubilee cakes from previous years? They do not have time machine to travel to the past and join game earlier, so this is permanent punishment for them. Why not to make them happy by selling the cakes?
We didn't get any boxes from the bosses in the public dungeon in Solstice. Two of us.
A guild mate was farming a lead in an older dungeon and also didn't get boxes.
I also got 0 at dolmens.
We are fine with open world bosses in Solstice.
IIRC public dungeon and delve bosses don‘t drop any boxes. We didn't get any boxes from the bosses in the public dungeon in Solstice. Two of us.

I always loved the Jubilee event. This year you introduced a cooldown on gift boxes looted from bosses and world events. That sucks as it makes every farm method useless.
I don‘t get it. Why the cooldown? No one is harmed by a zero cooldown. But with the 5 minutes it‘s hard to get a decent amount beyond daily quests.
This ruined my most loved event (which is also my own birthday event).
Please reconsider this before next year‘s event.

I am fine with the cooldown on purple boxes because I think that it levels the playing field for all players. Previously players "in the know" would do the Craglorn loop and farm many, many, many times more purple boxes per hour versus other players who were doing almost anything else.

This is almost the same as saying it’s not fair that people with one crafting toon can only get 7 boxes but people with 20 crafting toons can get 140. No one can get more than someone else everyone has the opportunity to earn the same but it depends on how you choose to farm it.
