It's time for Werewolves to get weapon passives.

I think an issue with WW is this game treats the transformation as a 3rd skill bar. I think this is why we don't get weapon passives or have the ability to use things like Monomyth, arguably the strongest mythic for PVP. This also means it will be difficult for the devs to actually give us weapon passives.
We also take more poison damage than vampires take fire damage. I would love if this was looked at.

The transformation overrides the active bar; it doesn't treat it as a third bar. Monomyth Reforged has a different effect depending on which bar you transform on. After all, you still proc the enchantments/poisons of the weapon you transform with, and you get the set bonuses of the weapon, too.

Also, weapon passives used to work if you learned them after transforming — you would get the applicable weapon passives for the weapon type on the bar you transformed on. ZOS intentionally disabled weapon passives from working while transformed.

Monomyth only gives us the backbar buffs when transformed no matter the bar you transform on. I tested this a bunch of times when it first came out. I even tried to put it on while transformed and I only ever saw back bar buffs.

I just tested this myself and I can confirm that Monomyth Reforged is not working correctly:

I submitted a bug report in-game, but I'd like to ping @ZOS_Kevin for visibility.

EDIT: So it seems that transforming while in combat retains the correct buffs for the bar you're on, but initiating combat while already transformed defaults to giving you the 2nd bar buffs.

Note that this means currently you only get to use the front bar bonuses of Monomyth Reforged once per combat per transformation, which is surely not intended.
