Let's start with a brief aside on organizational arcanum. If like me you've had the chance to talk to a number of adventurers in the last several years, no doubt you've heard terms thrown about that made you wonder if you missed a university flyer or two. "Templar, warden, nightblade." Fancy titles that in the end mean precious little to the educator on the ground.
In an era when any kind of agreement on what magic "is" seems damned near impossible, why are these terms relevant at all? Well, that's the point, isn't it? You need only look to the free-form nature of arcane thought that rules the day to see how tempting, how seductive, any kind of compartmentalization at all can be!
You need only look to a recent interview with fellow Mages Guild member Dhulef, when trying to talk about what a warden "is," to see how rife with potential these titles can be for a learned citizen of the world.
(As an aside, I would invite readers to revisit my "Schools of Magic" proposal based on my time at the Shad Astula Academy. While this ever-growing stack of rejection letters from Vanus Galerion likely means he still sees no interest in the subject, perhaps one of you will.)

I'd just hope that they are careful when it comes to lore and don't make it a Dwemer-related class by all flavor texts but then still mix CWC designs in. I've come across people who don't even know that these are different things (even if the CWC designs built upon Dwemer research, there's a clear distinction, after all).
Tempest Class would be cool - Powers over the waves, oceans, storms, sea creatures etc etc.
Monk? seems better to have Unarmed and Quarterstaff weapon lines.
Shaman sounds like a mix of Warden, Arcanist, Necromancer, and Sorcerer.
it sounds cool, but how would it not be too similar to those other classes?
Wizard?
honestly same question as Shaman.
new classes would be awesome, but they should be distinct and not feel too similar to others.

While it would be interesting to expand on existing ideas, we can already play as several of these. Archer, for instance, is just the Bow skill line. Warrior looks like Heavy Armor + One Hand and Shield.
ESO added new Classes that are rooted in TES lore that we don't see on that chart, like Arcanist. There's a lot of lore in TES that can be expanded upon with a Class, and lots of kinds of magic that are underrepresented — such as tonal magic, the Thu'um, and levitation.

Ok, let's go through the list:
Acrobat: Too shallow. At best, Acrobatics is worthy of a single skill line.
Agent: Ok. What are the skill lines of an Agent?
Archer: This is suitably implemented by the Bow weapon line, and wouldn't function as a class in the ESO context.
Assassin: Implemented as a Nightblade skill line.
Barbarian: Yes, could be viable as a class (or skill line within a broader Wild-themed class).
Bard: Yes, this is one of my proposals.
Battlemage: Yes. On my list, Battlemage is interpreted as a Wizard skill line.
Crusader: Overlaps with Templar.
Healer: In the ESO context, that's a role, not a class.
Knight: Overlaps with Templar and Dragonknight.
Mage: Too generic. Generically speaking, all Mag builds are Mages. Also a constellation.
Monk: Yes, this is one of my proposals.
Nightblade: Exists.
Pilgrim: Sounds like roleplay backstory, not a class. What are the skill lines of an Pilgrim?
Rogue: Overlaps with Nightblade.
Scout: Scouting is narrow, but ok. What are the skill lines of a Scout?
Sorceror: Exists.
Spellsword: Would best be implemented as a 1H+Focus weapon line, not a class.
Thief: Overlaps with Nightblade. Also a constellation.
Warrior: Bland. Ok. What are the skill lines of a "Warrior"? Also a constellation.
Witchhunter: Ok. What are the skill lines of a Witchhunter?
Few of those are actually suitable as classes in the ESO context. The old classes do not translate directly to the new systems. However, many of them could probably be cohesively merged as a single class with skill lines inspired by the others. If you want to see those things, that's probably the most realistic form they could take in ESO. Something like this:
Witchhunter
Skill Lines - Agent of Vengeance, Crusader's Pilgrimage, Scout's Vigilance

1: Don't want DnD based classes that has little base in Elder Scrolls.
2: I rather have skillines and work on existing classes than any new class.
