Heres the rules:
Defeating a delve boss.
Defeating a world boss.
Defeating an Infinite Archive boss.
A chance for a parcel when you complete an Incursion, such as a Dark Anchor or Abyssal Geyser.
Looting a treasure chest.
A small chance for a parcel when you harvest resource nodes.
Pickpocketing an NPC.
Yesterday I completed the main quest , got the memento
Today I have spent the last 2 hours beating Delve bosses, looting chests, dark anchors, harvesting 100 nodes .... and have not even gotten ONE.
what is the deal??? is it a specific zone I need to be in?
Defeating a delve boss.

madman65✭✭✭✭I tested yesterday with a companion, got parcels about about 12-18 resource. It seemed to drop less as I was farming resources. My advice is to run a character and get 5 parcels then switch to a different character.0 -
madman65✭✭✭✭Well I started my farming run in Craglorn only to find NO parcels! I`m about halfway through at about 114 resource nodes and no parcels. @ZOS_Kevin needs to be fixed ASAP.Edited by madman65 on February 12, 2026 10:22PM0

madman65✭✭✭✭I think the problem is with my companion level. I had Ember Lvl 17 and got no parcels. I switched to Zerith-var and the third node dropped a parcel.1

went and did the closest delve finally got the gold0 -

I figure you probably have this all figured out by now, especially given the event is over. But for me I had a 100% drop rate from digging up treasure maps WITH a companion active. The event was nice, no real complaints, but in future I'd like to see it extended to 10 days while leaving everything else the same. /shrug1 -

Makes total sense given the announcement. There was only a chance from an incursion. It was guaranteed (if off cooldown) from a delve boss.0
