I submitted a ticket (260207-002265) to request access for Crown Store Gifting on my account. After it had been submitted, I went to check the status and I could not find the ticket on the "My Support" page. Thinking I made a mistake and did not actually submit it I put in a second ticket (260207-003688), but it was shortly closed as a duplicate.
I am fine waiting for the review process; however, I would like to be able to see the ticket and respond to messages that might come in for the approval. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can access that ticket now? I am attaching screenshots as well. The error 404 occurred when I tried to use my history to go back to the ticket status page.
