Let me just say thank you for making this the best PTS cycle in recent memory.

The constant feedback from the devs and the weekly updates really made it feel like testing on the PTS had a purpose. I realize that this was extra work on the devs’ part, but I cannot emphasize enough how much that meant to us as players.

I do hope that we continue to get this level of engagement. I am actually excited to test the Werewolf updates next cycle, and then Warden thereafter.

Huge round of applause for this. The details on PTS cycle limitations are wonderful and much needed. Thanks for all the hard work you guys are doing on the communication front. I'm sure it's a dizzying amount of work!

I think it was a pretty good summation for many of the discussions had in the pts side of the forums. There was a lot of frustration there for people not getting changes they wanted through or thinking the changes made were bad. I was one of them for molten whip losing WD before the most recent iteration of it was shown.

I am also a big zos complainer lol, more so in game than here, but this pts cycle did a lot to quell my worries about the game and be hopeful. Beyond that I think the DK changes overall are amazing, and as a DK main and fan since day one I cant wait for this to go live. It was well fought for and Im glad those long winded debates weren't meaningless this time around lol.

I think the base plate of the spikes being removed in a future update is really the only change I'm looking to see after this cycle, also maybe in the future if they could increase the duration of the ribcage shown from dragonblood to last longer because it looks awesome.

As Tom said, the warden changes are gonna be very important since unlike DK, warden skill lines are heavily used in subclassing on almost every pvp build, namely animal companion, and of course charm for warden base class characters heavily abusing the class mastery script.

Warden and Sorc will both need a lot of attention and the same care that was shown here for Dragon Knight.

Zos then: Vengeance is just a test bro

Zos now: Do you want Vengeance permanent or permanent...

This has been a great pts cycle, but you guys need to be aware that the changes between week 3 and 4 were a net nerf due to how "damage done to monsters" and "damage done" bonuses scale. They're multiplicative. Not additive.

While I think there's still room for improvement and I do have some worries about communication still, I do have to say that communication has massively improved and I am glad for it. Overall, I am much more optimistic about the game than I was before this pts cycle. Thanks for this article and thanks for the massive improvement in communication. It is very much noticed.

This PTS cycle has me hopeful for the next one. Thank you for offering the advice regarding presenting the problems rather than potential solutions — I'll keep that in mind for next PTS. Hopefully ZOS has accumulated and acted upon enough feedback going into the Update 50 PTS to make meaningful, lasting changes.

I would note at times players may suggest solutions because it can end up being hard to convey exactly what we have an issue with or at times it can feel like the message isn't necessarily getting across.

For example, one of the big things with the Class Refresh is about Class Identity.

The DK rework makes the DK abilities stand out more visually and it frequently increases effectiveness/effectiveness when used in conjunction with one another. However, this was done in part by making some of the DK abilities more like the abilities used by other classes.

Thus, depending on how one defines Identity the efforts can either be generally successful or generally a failure.
