(note that there's a cut in the middle here, I just randomly ended up syncing the idle animation perfectly)
I still think the new version is giving a little "Bowser," but honestly the current Live one is giving Sonic the Hedgehog so...

Thank you for calling out this bug - the team is working on fixing it for next week's PTS.

Sometimes the wings are in the right place, sometimes not. Sometimes they start in the wrong place and then jump to the correct one.

Thanks for this callout - the team is aware that individuals with longer load-times may still have occasional issues with the Dragonknight wings not being positioned properly due to how the model is loaded in when the ability is cast. The team is looking into possible solutions to this issue.

Technical question @ZOS_Erin - when you say "longer load-times"... is this server/network related, or something on the client-side that we could potentially look to resolve locally? Not sure where it's technically loading from - my local disk, or off the network? If it's local, I'd be more than happy to adjust local settings to alleviate problems.
NB: I ask, because I had some horrendous performance issues at one point, but managed to resolve these by applying some changes to usersettings.txt that I found recommended online (specifically to RequestedNumJobThreads and RequestedNumWorkerThreads).
