I got a Skill Scroll for Forward Momentum today, but when I used it nothing happened.

If so you can go into your skill's settings and change the colour of that skill.When people say to me........

no they're talking about some new night market event drop item, you're supposed to be able to consume it to use the skill once (?) or something like that.0 -

It is very strange. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be like a spell scroll but it's not only spells so it's a skill scroll. I don't think spell scrolls have a place in an MMO, but I also avoid using them in any game so...[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.- Current GM of Hard Dungeoneers

✭I don’t have enough space for PTS, can someone test whether these scrolls work with Battle Spirit?
And also if they have a cooldown, and if they do, is it a shared cooldown with potions?0 -

✭✭I got all excited thinking it was a way to unlock a skill without leveling a skill line all the way. It doesn't work that way. It's just another consumable. I won't ever use it. I know there are people who will hoard group buff scrolls to imbalance all forms of content though.0 -

Did you have an enemy to target? I believe that skill needs to be used with an enemy target within range.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭If these are anything like what is in the single player games, it is a one time use spell. I would imagine you would have to either equip it somehow or hotkey it. I bet it is a hotkey and you would want to use it in combat.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Yes, that's exactly how they work. You can use them from your inventory or put them on a quick wheel slot so you can choose a target. You use it like any other consumable item.PC/NA — Lone Werewolf, the EP Templar Werewolf

✭These one time scrolls are fine the cool down means you can't pop them that quick similar to pots but I guess you could build towards lower timers, we'll see how it turns out but seems ok.

They all have different cooldowns, IE. Quick Cloak, a skill that lasts 24 seconds, has a 20 second cooldown.
Meaning, not only is it 100% uptime, it is 100% uptime with 4 second forgiveness.0
