She created Blood Scions by altering her own strain of vampirism; she didn't create vampirism from scratch. The curse still originates from Molag. The Gray Host also modified strains through alchemy, which is how they created Bloodknights. There is nothing in lore that even remotely implies Lamae severed that connection, she even calls her own vampires "your children" when referring to him.

Lamae didn't invent a "car", it was given to her and she just customized it her own design.

Ok, I think you misunderstood it, what you're referring to is the line: "The Dark Father, Molag Bal, has corrupted you. Only Mother Lamae herself may turn you into one of us." This isn't saying they're not connected to Molag.

The Vestige can’t become a vampire through normal means, either because they lack a soul or because their body is made of chaotic creatia. Even if we assume your theory is correct, any vampire of Lamae’s strain should be able to turn the Vestige, since —by your own logic—they would also be unconnected to Molag, yet you still need Lamae herself, only because she somehow knows how to force the transformation on a Vestige, nothing crazy about it.
