Hyacinth is a tinkerer that makes constructs using Dwarven Artifacts and Clockwork scraps. He is stated to use this for combat in addition to some magic spells but we don't really get to see him in action that well.
Now that we have subclassing, it would be cool if NPCs could teach us entire skill lines like this example. It would be a way to add some cool stuff to our existing skills without necessarily needing a whole new class.

Dwemer has one of the most unique aesthetics in all of the Elder Scrolls franchise, it's just the perfect theme for a class, even just a skill line would be good, but I would of course rather to get a class.
Just imagine a class where you spend part of your rotation building and repairing automatons, it could be different and super fun.
