Is there a way to change / fix preferred language?

I assume this is region based? But every time I visit the website, log into my account, receive marketing etc. its in the wrong language - and i cant find any option in my account (for whatever reason) to set a fix / preferred language?

There is a drop-down under Edit Profile > Notification Preferences to choose a language.

On your profile page, top-right below the search box and Go button, there's a drop-down button that contains the link to Edit Profile. (Or at least for me there is.)

hmm thx but that is already english, that only seems to cover the forum which seems separate to the rest though?

marketing emails i still get in a different language

every time i visit the website its in a different language and i have to change it (it probably checks location for that)...especially the website one becomes super tiring...

Are you talking about the main ESO page?
Have you checked Account settings to see what region it has you in?
