Found out what the issue is: It's only a certain skill stage that directs you to the wrong location. I had it happening on a relatively new character who only had Potency Improvement 2 in enchanting. On characters who have enchanting fully levelled, the bug doesn't occur.

And the next related bug: At a different stage, the quest description and what you're actually supposed to craft don't match. It says you're supposed to craft a glyph with what would be denima (not sure how the whole glyph is called in English, so I'm using that for clarity), but if you do that, the quest doesn't progress and can't be turned in. What you can actually turn in are glyphs crafted with deni instead...

Does it at least show the little quest icon beside the correct glyph in the crafting UI while at the enchanting station?

maybe this is why lazy crafter hasn't been making this one for me. i thought it was odd that it would do all the others. i have not been reading the quest, just picking up the new ones. for the enchanting one, i have to click the "quest only" box and then i just craft it from there. so at least the game knows what we need, even if the quest giver does not

If you have discovered all neccessary glyphs, it does at least.

But I was on a relatively new character who hadn't, so it was rather strange to see I crafted what the text said I should craft, but the quest still didn't progress and that UI box on the upper left still said "glyphs unknown". Well, I took that as an "opportunity" to discover all glyphs with that character, until one of them was correct.

@ESO Can we get the caltrops writhing bone style to actually LOOK like bones and not the traditional catrops look ? There was a skill from some mobs that popped up some bone spikes from the ground that would be MUCH better than the bone style caltrops. After all players work hard to get that skill style and it is rather pathetic as it is.

You know it’s going to be chock-full of mindless platitudes, congratulations to the server that “won” the rigged race, and zero indication of anything to come in the future beyond “[remains silent]”

Not to mention about how the writhing wall event was a huge success, and how 2025 was "the best year for the game yet" with no reference to the many problems players experienced this year and how a significant portion of the community are dissatisfied with the content pass, Solstice, this event and the divisive updates.

As to my personal feelings of this event, each phase should have only been like a week long, imo. Should just have waited until every server has U48 (so we can avoid dumb stuff like how Phase 2 is meaningless for console players because they can't get the WB until the update anyway). Majority of players don't think this is fun anymore. If it's going to be boring with bad rewards it has no reason to last this long, it's just making people fed up with grinding and annoyed waiting to access content they paid for.
