I also cannot interact with it. Abandoned quest until it's fixed. Funnily enough this was a bug on the PTS as well, which was fixed, so it does work on the PTS..

Unfortunately I still cannot interact with it after maintenance.

On a different note and unrelated to this year's content, a book I am still missing since ages is "Blightcrown's Orders" (Telvanni Tomes), which is tied to a quest in Necrom (Fate's Proxy/Keeper of the Fate). It's inside the Necropolis, which you can only enter during the quest. I did the quest when Necrom came out with another person, who picked up the book before me. It then disappeared and I couldn't read it. As far as I know, no post-quest location. I re-entered the Necropolis with another person who was on that quest but the book did not reappear for me.

Would be nice if that one got a post-quest location someday (or let all members of a group read quest-related lorebooks to prevent such problem..).

I vaguely remember another forum thread collecting all currently bugged lorebooks in a list, but I cannot find it right now, so I can't check if it's on there already.

It's not on the bug list yet. And i'm sorry, don't know a post quest location either.
What a shame for game, which has scrolls in its name. Maybe it's time to write a song about it?

It didn't... Just tried and still not able to interact with it - logged ticket and abandoned quest until it's confirmed as fixed

I saw from your posts that we have inactive book during a quest, this is why I am still waiting to finish that quest (most probably that is Hezsatari's Instruction which is not working)

And let us hope they will fix Reward for missing steed in upcoming patch.

Hezsatari's Instructions we have in phase 1 i think (Azah's quest). We just cannot interact with it.
It's Cultist Orders and Worm Cult Correspondence which we hopefully find in phase 2 or 3.

Anyone checked if they fixed hezsatari instruction in the hotix yesterday?

Can't access the location of Hezsatari anymore (quest related entrance inside Tarnur Mine). Outside and at the rampart camp is nothing to find so far. Played the quest till its current stopover. Not sure, if i should try to abandon and restart it atm.

For me it looks like you have to be on the quest and at that specific point to get into the Anchor Shrine Cave in Tarnur Mines where Hezsatari's Instructions are found. If you passed that point in the quest the door in won't readmit you.

If you are still on the "Crossing the Wall" quest at a later step I'd recommend dropping the quest and rerunning it to that point to get in.

I was not able to verify if you could accompany someone in who is on the quest at the specific point where you can enter.

I remember reading Cultist Orders on the PTS, and if I am not completely mistaken, it will be during the quest leading towards the fortress, so either phase 2 or 3.

My "Impresario's Catalogue" says that I read 17/18 books, but I have cleared all 18 and I do not have any missed book in this list!
Anyone else ?

Same for me, just got the new lorebook at the Impressario and it still says 17/18 for me.

I can confirm that Reigniting Love for Contemporary Audiences gets marked as read in the Eidetic Memory (and can be re-read from there) but the counter doesn't change from 17/18.

(Which mentions a week-long lovers' festival event)

There will be the Heart's Week event in the beginning of next year. I suspect the book should have just been available then, but somehow is now already in the Impressario's Catalogue.

Cultist Orders is picked up during the Phase 2 starter quest. You can't miss it as you have to read it to progress. Not sure about Worm Cult Correspondence - haven't seen that yet.

Are any of you trying to use the Impresario's Catalogue (the book you can interact with) rather than the individual Heart's Day book? Mine wasn't glowing as though I had anything missing, but I interacted with it anyway and now I'm 18/18.

So update on my end I used the Impressario's Catalogue the other day and it gave me the book but was at 17/18, today when I logged on it's at 18/18 without me doing anything else. Idk if it was the hotfix they put out today or me relogging that fixed it.

Heads up, The Ritual of Zyv-Elehk (Ritual Fires Lit) is currently obtainable at the Solstice daily quest area on the table, but if you pick up any Solstice dailies it will temporarily disappear until you no longer have them (either through abandoning them or completing them).
