Will the side quests in Eastern Solstice be active once the Wall drops on a server? Or will they only become available as part of Update 48 with SOTWC Part 2?

This timeline makes me think you are clearly expecting the wall to be down within 2 weeks. So I am wondering if some of us will even have the opportunity to participate in all three phases if we can't play for even a couple of days due to work or being away from home, which is a common occurrence. Many can also only play on the weekends.

Do the quests immediately become unavailable once a phase completes? Just to use myself as an example, I will be out of my country of residence until the 17th and with this timeframe would very likely miss the entire first phase, meaning I'd miss out on any collectibles tied to participation in all 3 phases.

I'm usually not overly critical of things only being available for a certain times/events only running for that long, but a possible 3-5 day span seems... very short if indeed being away for that time can already lock you out of rewards.

NGL, when I saw the timeline and saw that the Golden Pursuits campaign will be active until November 26, my first thought was that they think it might take nearly that long to bring down the wall on some servers. I mean, I'm sure it won't take that long, and that they mainly just want to give everyone plenty of time to earn all of the rewards from the Golden Pursuits, but it does seem intriguing that the Golden Pursuits campaign will be active for approximately a month and a half.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

There's no way the wall will be down within two weeks.

The console patch will probably drop on the 12th of November based on standard timings, and the fact that all platforms are starting the event at the same time suggests that all will get to the finish line around the same time too. That means that phase 3 probably will be fudged on the back end to not even start until after the console patch.

By that logic, that's looking like each wall phase should last just over two weeks each.

@ZOS_Kevin There appears to be an error with the article for the October Crown Store Showcase (there doesn't seem to be a thread for that, so I'm posting here instead).

Specifically, this section of the article:
You know every dark secret of Coldharbour—your gear reflects that. Use to learn the Coldharbour Dominator crafting style. Also has a chance to drop by completing weekly coffers from Ossein Cage.

The new Crown Crafting Motif: Coldharbour Dominator will be available in the Crown Store on all platforms for a limited time, starting 10AM EDT on October 13, 2025. Coldharbour Dominator Motif chapters, and very rarely the complete book, have a chance to drop from the final Trial Boss chest in the Ossein Cage. Drop chances are much higher in Veteran or Hard Mode.

The article specifies two different, conflicting methods of acquiring the motif. From the weekly coffer in the first part, and then from direct boss loot in the second part.

I believe that the second version is most likely incorrect, for two reasons.
    1. There is no final trial boss chest; OC's final boss loot is of the loot-the-corpse variety, not a loot-a-chest variety.
    2. The in-game text specifically says coffers (and coffers is how all trial motifs have been dropping for the past half decade).
