You can go to https://mods.bethesda.net/en/elderscrollsonline/all?platforms=PS to see all of the available mods. And you can filter by All, Newest, Recently Updated, etc.. and by platforms.

The Browse Add-Ons window needs to be updated with the ability to sort by newest uploads otherwise none of the new mods going forward will get any traction for downloads.

It just shows the top 100 which hasn't changed in weeks and you can't see the rest without going through all the sub-categories one by one.

I've been searching add-ons always by category to work around that issue.
