I was looking for the addon AKsAttributeBars which was uploaded a few days ago and had to use the search bar and type in the name to be able to download it.
You can see others that don't make the cut (someone told me it's like a limit of 100) when All Categories are displayed by selecting specific categories.
So in your example, if you have the Combat category selected, AKsAttributeBars will be listed.
You can go to https://mods.bethesda.net/en/elderscrollsonline/all?platforms=PS to see all of the available mods. And you can filter by All, Newest, Recently Updated, etc.. and by platforms.

✭✭The Browse Add-Ons window needs to be updated with the ability to sort by newest uploads otherwise none of the new mods going forward will get any traction for downloads.
It just shows the top 100 which hasn't changed in weeks and you can't see the rest without going through all the sub-categories one by one.4
