The Browse Add-Ons window needs to be updated with the ability to sort by newest uploads otherwise none of the new mods going forward will get any traction for downloads.

It just shows the top 100 which hasn't changed in weeks and you can't see the rest without going through all the sub-categories one by one.

I've been searching add-ons always by category to work around that issue.

I created a command line tool that allows to upload addons without having to go through the official GUI, for use in build scripts and such.

It can be found on ESOUI and GitHub. M00nyOne also created a GitHub Action that wraps around it.

Does any one know how to fix the "Unable to Publish - Awaiting Binary", I have tried the tricks of bumping the version, only uploading the manifest.addon waiting until it off peak,

my final choice was, add it and walk away, well its been several hours now, and that staus hasnt changed, it appears stuck at "ADD-ON STATUS
Checking release content"

its not like its a new addon awaiting approval, its an update moving the slash commands to a static menu and improved filtering options for users to make it more responsive to their requirements

I thought it maybe down to server maintenance but this started at least 5 hours prior to that starting

exact error is

But something that might really help would be for console players looking to develop or convert an add-on to get some kind of test game key or something. First, make sure you have the latest version of the uploader. (That's probably not it, but worth a shot IMO)
Second, try to delete the pending update and resubmit it. Iirc there's also a bug which can take up to a day to fix itself. So that would be an option to just wait a day.

You could also maybe try the cli by sirinsidiator: https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info4288-Bethesda.netESOAddOnUploaderCLI.html
But the error is likely on bnet end so it's not likely that the cli will work
