Bots and Hacking...

So I was just wondering when something is going to be done about all the bots and hacks they seem to get away with using... Was questing on my lowbie NB today when I noticed Bots kinda floating/flying around from quest objectives. I've seen bots farm which I normally report but this was the first time I've seen them do what they did in the video. If this is common, sorry but it was my first time back in a lowbie zone since launch and what a mess... Bots everywhere.

    Not sure if you noticed the 30 or so other posts on this. I'm pretty sure they know of the problem.

    Not sure if you noticed the other 130 post about people complaining about the other "30 or so posts" on this. You may not care about this problem, but the lack of the clowns from ZOS commenting on those other posts you complain about is sickening. The issue doesn't seem to be important to the clowns, as it's a revenue stream for them.

    Maybe when all the posts on the first page have to do with the SCUMBOTS, they will do something about it.

    I care but I doubt they are waiting for some post threshhold to be met before reacting the the problem. I report bots every day and hope they get on it soon as its annoying but yet another post on it can get so tiring.

    I'm sure the particulars are evolving as time goes by. I have seen statements here that remind me about my time in GW2 "there seems to be more bots than players when I play".

    Maybe something they could implement to decrease the bot infestation is initiate a phone call prior to account creation. Not a recording or generic call, an actual person. So you cannot proceed with account creation until you receive a phone call and maybe provide a code that was sent via email.

    This might decrease the number of bots by a small percentage.

    Unfortunately, you should remove the video or a moderator will, as it shows names in it. Got to protect the "innocent".
